One unusual night, I received a letter from the North Pole! I told my mom, and she immediately transported me there by plane, boat, and train. When I got there, Santa said we need your help! Someone is making all the machines act up! I started pulling levers until I found the one that turned the machine off. Santa and I hung cameras up to find out who the culprit was. I relaxed in a big room and watched at the screens of the cameras. Another thing went wrong, but before that I saw Jack Frost on the eighth camera freezing the toy machine.
All at once, I thrashed down to Mr. S and told him Jack Frost was behind the crime of freezing the toy machine. Some elves thought they knew why. No one really listens to Jack, and he wanted to be as sly as a fox to get attention. Everyone agreed to treat him like everybody else.
Finally, we caught Jack and talked to him about the way he was behaving. We told Jack we would treat him better. He promised to stop messing up the machines. We thought of all the great and some of the bad times we’ve had at the North Pole. Then got back to work.
